Event DetailsChef Justin Scott will be presenting a cooking demonstration followed by dinner service and a dessert buffet.
The Silent Auction will proceed throughout the evening. Cash and credit card payments will be accepted.
The menu is dairy-free and gluten-free. A vegan meal option is available. Non-alcoholic beverages will be served and are included in the ticket price.
Parking is available on-site and along neighbouring streets.
Seating will be arranged in tables of 6 to 8. Seating preferences can be requested with ticket order.

About the Chef
Justin Scott was born and raised in Windsor-Essex County. He worked under Chefs from Italy in Windsor, Ontario at fine dining establishments including Per Bacco Ristorante and Vito’s. After achieving his Culinary Management diploma at St. Clair College and completing his apprenticeship, he obtained his Red Seal professional chef certification. He specializes in holistic cooking in Italian, French, Mediterranean and Tea Fusion.
Being a member of the kitchen brigade within the House of Commons on Parliament Hill has developed the farm-to-table approach to his philosophy on holistic cuisine. Cooking with seasonal, mostly local, natural, sustainable and organic ingredients at their peak ripeness and freshness is his motto. He creates his own recipes, meals, and signature dishes using originality and many different types of international ethnic flavours in the kitchen.
